Overview

Liquid material storage tanks consist of components such as tank body, tank cover, base, exhaust valve, exhaust hole, anti-seepage isolation layer, anti-corrosion and wear-resistant layer, liquid inlet pipe, liquid outlet pipe and valves.Liquid material storage tanks are mainly used for the transfer and storage of liquid materials. In the design of liquid material storage tanks, full consideration is given to various performance parameters and physical and chemical requirements such as the temperature control environment and cleanliness of the stored materials.The appropriate storage volume is calculated based on the customer's on-site working conditions, material consumption and other factors.

The tank body of the liquid material storage tank adopts a vertical or horizontal single-layer or double-layer structure, and is filled with thermal insulation materials according to user requirements.The inner tank is polished to Ra0.45μm, and the exterior is insulated with a mirror panel or a frosted panel.A water inlet, return port, disinfection port, cleaning port and manhole are opened on the top, and a 0.45μm air breather is installed.
